Our store hours are 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Save the cost of a service call by bringing your product in for service any time during normal business hours. We will carry your television set from your vehicle inside our store for a thorough inspection. We recommend you call ahead first. See our map.

Pick Up & Delivery - Fee's Apply.
Item(s) picked up from your location (home or business) for service inside our service center. This will allow faster service when parts become available. We will make every effort to arrange an appointment that is convenient to you. Contact us to arrange for an appointment.

In-Home Service - Fee's Apply.
Home Service is normally provided between 9am. and 12pm and evenings by prearranged appointment. We make every effort to arrange an appointment that is convenient to you. Regardless of where you purchased your TV, in or out of warranty, our FACTORY AUTHORIZED Certified Repair Technicians provide one-on-one IN HOME TV Repair, Service & Support for all major manufacturers. Our Technicians have the technical expertise, experience and product knowledge to put your TV back in service!

Efficient Service
We usually have a turnaround time of 3-7 days on most items (depending on parts availability). We have direct access to most manufacturers' parts warehouses and can get unusual parts which we might not have in stock via second day FED EX AIR at no extra charge to you.

Most people bring it into our repair shop themselves. Our minimum standard home service call is $49.00 and up depending on your service area. Estimate deposits range from $20.00 to $65.00 which is applied to the final bill.

Time to repair
Your item will be repaired as quickly as possible but some situations may extend the time to repair, excluding holidays, weekends, factory back orders, and elusive intermittent problems.
